Art Nouveau
Practitioners of the Art Nouveau (new art) style include Jules Cheret, Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, Leonetto Capiello, Victor Horta, Alphonse Mucha and Hector Guimard. This style of design was popular in architecture and design from 1880 through to 1910. The style featured elaborate decoration using flowing and curling lines, drawing inspiration from the natural world.
